Account & app data

Delete your Aurora data

On your Android device

Open Aurora → SettingsAbout Delete All Aurora Data. This removes local settings, provider connections, customisations, and related app data stored on that device.

You can also uninstall the app. Depending on your Android backup settings, some data might still exist in device or cloud backups outside Aurora's control.

Delete your Aurora Extra account

To delete your Aurora account and all data synced to it, email support@auroraiptv.app and include the sign-in email tied to your account, or use the account-deletion option in the app under Settings.

We delete the account and its synced data within 30 days, including profiles, source names, channel and category edits, EPG mappings, and logos.

Crash and diagnostic reports

If you previously chose to send a crash report or diagnostic bundle to Aurora, deleting app data on the device does not remove copies already stored on our servers.

To request deletion of a specific submission, email support@auroraiptv.app with the report id (crash) or reference code (diagnostics) shown in the app after upload. See the Privacy Policy for what those reports contain.

Trakt and SIMKL

Disconnect Trakt or SIMKL inside Aurora (Integrations settings), then revoke Aurora on the service's website:

Aurora cannot delete watch history, scrobbles, or account data held only on Trakt or SIMKL. Use those services' own privacy or account tools for anything stored there.
